What is the difference between Cloud PBX and regular telephony?

If you accept calls to mobile or landline numbers without Cloud PBX, you face several disadvantages:

  • Call distribution: Calls go to only one manager only, while another employee is ready to answer them. Customers might lose their temper if they wait for too long. CPBX will redirect the call to the second employee.
  • Simultaneous calls: You might have 1 or 2 simultaneous calls on your number. In case of another call, the customer will hear a busy signal, and you will never know about it to call back. CPBX will receive all calls, play a melody and direct the call to an available employee. In case of a missed call you will receive a notification about it and will be able to call back.
  • Mobility: Most likely, your telephony is only available from your office. With Cloud PBX you can work from anywhere in United Kingdom. This is especially true under present-day conditions, when remote work has become very common.
  • Control and analytics: You don't have control over call statistics and you don't record them. CPBX records all calls, which disciplines employees, allows you to analyze conflict situations and train new employees. CPBX shows all the statistics of calls to the company, and also details it for each employee, showing both the best and the most inefficient managers.

How can I receive calls?

There are several ways to receive calls:

  • On a desk telephone (IP phones or analog phones via a VoIP gateway).
  • On our Communicator softphone — a free application for your computer that replaces a desk phone.
  • Forward calls to mobile numbers of your employees.

Employees can receive calls on a desktop computer by default. If they do not answer within a few seconds, Cloud PBX redirects the call to a mobile phone.

How quickly is the service activated?
